Diagnostics For All (DFA) is neither an aid-organization nor a for-profit biotech firm, though it features similarities to both. While DFA serves a non-profit mission, we have an innovative technology and biotech-like operating model that serve to advance this mission.
DFA relies on a broad spectrum of financial donations and pro-bono contributions that help to support everything from our technology development to our regular organizational operations. We rely on strategic partnerships, grant-giving organizations, and individual donors to support our work.
DFA also seeks opportunities for private-public partnerships to collaborate with manufacturers to sell its devices at low-margin to high-need developing markets. We also intend to generate revenue through licensing our technology to corporate partners for use in the developed world, with proceeds from these licenses used to further support our technology development and mission for the developing world.
